Initial Tree Wood Sign - Laser Cut Wood Sign with Heart and Initials - Anniversary or Wedding Gift

A carved Initials Tree is a unique way to commemorate a wedding, anniversary, or engagement. It makes a special Valentine's Day present for a loved one, or gift for a special couple. This is a thoughtful way to celebrate the traditional fifth anniversary gift of wood. Trees symbolize strength and wisdom; the thought is by the fifth year, the marriage has also developed these same traits.

I designed and laser cut these from 3mm thick birch wood and it's 11" (28 cm) square. The bottom layer is painted with a dark gray wash so the beautiful wood grain still shows and the light birch wood has a great contrast against the dark bottom layer. Since this is a natural product every sign is different and has one of a kind wood grain and markings.

With the layers it is 1/4" (6mm) thick. A saw-toothed hanger is securely attached to the back.

The sign is sealed with but should be hung indoors.
